We use both Royal Mail First & Second Class Signed For shipping. Prices begin from £2.50 for a single kurti & £3.20 for two, 2nd class. A larger number of dresses is mailed by UPS for £7.90. 99.5% of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Saturday. A Royal Mail/UPS tracking code is always sent once the item has been dispatched.
For Germany, France, Belgium, Denmark, Norway & Holland we offer a 3-5 day delivery service depending on whether you chose one or two kurtis. Typically, the maximum we charge for any country is 12.65 Euro/94.2 Danish Kr/148 Norwegian Krone.
We have a different rate for a single dress and more than one dresses viewable at checkout.
We have different rates for a single dress & typically a flat rate for more than 4 dresses viewable at checkout. Shipping takes 5-7 days. Custom delays are possible. Import duty/tax would be paid by the buyer to the shipping company.
USA shipping starts at $15 for a single item and maximum amount charged for an order is 32$ (for a courier service which routinely delivers as far as California in 3-4 days.)

Cancelling an order
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Should a courier not have been booked it can be cancelled without issue. If a book has been arranged we will do our best to cancel the order but cannot guarantee this.
Should you wish to return your item, we must be notified within 14 days of the day of the order. Please email email@example.com for a return code & instructions. A return code is essential
to process the return as we cannot accept returns that are sent back without any notification. Items must be received back within 14 days (by law)
of receiving for the refund to be processed (otherwise proof of shipping before the date is required). The return item must be sent back tracked in case of loss. The value of the insurance should cover the value of the items as in case of loss on return we cannot be held responsible (this would fall on the courier & a claim should be opened with them). The conditions for return are that the item must be unworn (except trying for size), unused, complete (with all articles: top, bottom, scarf), unwashed without any sign of wear, tear, makeup, stains, odours, perfume, damage, alteration & with the original tags attached in it's original condition. We are not liable for tears if the item is to be found tight or misused during trying.
Sale items cannot be returned but only exchanged or we can offer credit note for them.
All items (for exchanges or refunds) are subject to inspection upon return before being processed. Should the returned item meet the conditions, it will be refunded within 10 working days. All orders are refunded in GBP & the amounts received in other currencies can be subject to slight currency fluctuations. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Items returned that were subject to shipping promotional discounts/free shipping offers may be subject to a handling fee upon return no more than £2 per item. The charges for shipping back will be paid by the sender. Please use a "signed for" shipping option on return as we cannot be held responsible if the item is lost.
